HOW TO ORDER & FAQ

How To Place An Order

Once an email request is generated, that includes:

-name

-style or theme (ie: high or low top, style name and brand, Disney, business logo, etc)  

- inspirational images/photos

-color preference

-sizes

-additional ideas

 

1. A NON-refundable 30 min "Design Consultation Fee" (D.C.F is $35) will be scheduled. This enables the customer specified time to communicate any and all ideas and questions about anticipated design before ordering. This fee will go toward the invoiced order amount of the design plan discussed in the D.C.F.    

 

2. An invoice will be emailed and texted for approval. Payment details and policies are confirmed. Please proof read all details and check for spelling and address accuracy before payment.

3. Once full payment is complete, the customization and production begins.

 

*Invoices expire in 24 hours. 

*All previously canceled invoices will be assessed a  $15 regeneration fee to continue design.

*Expect to receive your customized items within 4 weeks.
