HOW TO ORDER & FAQ

How To Place An Order

Once an email request is generated, that includes:

-name

-style or theme (ie: high or low top, style name and brand, Disney, business logo, etc)  

- inspirational images/photos

-color preference

-sizes

-additional ideas

 

1. A NON-refundable 30 min "Design Consultation Fee" (D.C.F is $35) will be scheduled. This enables the customer specified time to communicate any and all ideas and questions about anticipated design before ordering. This fee will go toward the invoiced order amount of the design plan discussed in the D.C.F.    

 

2. An invoice will be emailed and texted for approval. Payment details and policies are confirmed. Please proof read all details and check for spelling and address accuracy before payment.

3. Once full payment is complete, the customization and production begins.

 

*Invoices expire in 24 hours. 

*All previously canceled invoices will be assessed a  $15 regeneration fee to continue design.

*Expect to receive your customized items within 4 weeks.

  • How much will my item cost?
    Because each and every item is customized to the customers request, an exact price cannot be determined until each order is confirmed. There is a base price point for every item, however, certain styles, details and materials influence the final cost.
  • Do I provide the item?
    Because a SO F@ncie! supplied item is included in the price, it is not necessary for the customer to provide. However, if the customer has an item of their own they wish to provide for customization it must be: new, unworn, clean, free of pet hair & smoke aroma and in its orginal state to be used. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and measures (delivery confirmation and tracking capabilities are strongly suggested) to ensure safe and prompt delivery to SO F@ncie! The tracking info should be emailed to So F@ncie as well within 24 hours of being sent.
  • How long will my order take?
    Items are customized within 3-4 weeks. Any production request less than 3 weeks is considered RUSH and will require an addtional fee to complete order.
  • What is included in the price?
    - A brand new product in the size, color and style of customers choice (all shoes come in their original box if applicable). -All materials (fabric, patches, appliques, genuine Swarovski crystals, studs, spikes, etc.) used on the design. -Planning & Execution time -Labor & Design concept -Communication and dialoguing
  • Will I get to see the finished product before delivery?
    Yes! A photo of finished work will be emailed/texted before it is shipped to recipient. At that time all address and shipment arrangements will be re-confirmed. SO F@ncie reserves the right to post any and all work on social media and web unless otherwise communicated.
  • Will I receive shipping tracking info?
    Yes! An email/text will be sent with photo of tracking and addressed package. All shipments are made using USPS Priority unless otherwise arranged.
  • What if I dont know what to order?
    So F@ncie! recognizes that the possibilities are endless and it can be hard to figure out what you want to customize. The $30 NON-REFUNDABLE Design Consultation Fee (D.C. F.) is especially appropriate for those customers who after the initial inquirie need help streamlining their ideas into the perfect blueprint for their item(s). This 30 minute consult and $30 fee will be applied to the completed order which is reflected in the final invoice.
