Shipping Policy

Shipping is done via USPS Priority within 3-4 weeks of payment.

Any item needed under 3 weeks will incur a $30 (or more) RUSH fee.

Because each item is fully customized, NO returns or exchanges are available. We do, however offer a $40 Protection Plan

PROTECTION PLAN

The $40 Protection Plan is non-refundable and expires after 90 days. It can be purchased once the original invoice is generated and covers:

Follow-up consultation (discussing with photo images what the problem is and what damaged area[s] are affecting the design)
Shipping (from customer address to So F@ncie!)
Return shipping label (comes inside original delivered package)
Replacement of broken or damaged areas as agreed upon during follow-up consultation.
